HOUSTON-The Crescent office buildings land three newcomers and a renewal for the class A total. Finish-out is underway for the last inbound tenant, Concert Capital Resources, which signed for 2 Houston Center in the CBD.
HOUSTON-Campbell Fittings, a seven-year tenant, signs a two-year renewal for 9,072 sf in the 182,000-sf, four-building Clinton Industrial Park. The tenant's address, 7163 Clinton Dr., is a 60,272-sf structure.
SUGAR LAND, TX-The Sweetwater Dental Group, partnering with World Real Estate, Estate gets an 11,906-sf building in a plan to use half for its practice, retain the two tenants and toss some extra office space up for lease.
HOUSTON-Kellogg Brown & Root's decision scuttles years of talk about building a corporate campus in the southwest submarket. As half owner of KBR Tower, the firm pens a 15-year lease for 524,000 sf and re-ups for 10 years on 216,000 sf right next door.
LaPORTE, TX-Verde Development is building the warehouse on 8.2 acres at 1200 E. Barbours Cut Blvd., one of two industrial deals to pass the closing table for Texas' Gulf Coast. The other deal is a building sale in Galveston.
HOUSTON-Echo Geophysical will move from the Galleria to the Energy Corridor while Corrigan Consulting goes from Seabrook to Aerospace Avenue in the far southeast submarket. Talks deliver medium- and long-term leases.

HOUSTON-The Tuffli Co. of California acquires another Houston-area industrial asset and its second in the Turning Basin Industrial District near the port. The buyer went to the closing table with a full-building tenant in hand.
HOUSTON-ProLogis holds onto a tenant in the West by Northwest Industrial Center by coming up with 64,000 sf of industrial space in one building instead of two non-contiguous spots in the park. The lease takes effect July 1.
