GILBERT, AZ-Noffsinger Manufacturing is the new owner of the 91%-occupied, multi-tenant Baseline Professional Plaza at 2451 E. Baseline Rd. in Gilbert. The buyer assumed a 15-year amortization on a $2.6-million loan to complete the sale.
