Perkins Coie and Deutsche Borse Relocate to 1155 Sixth Ave.

The law firm and German shares and securities trading platform sign long-term leases with the Durst Organization.

NEW YORK CITY—The international law firm Perkins Coie signed a 15-year lease for 57,971 square feet to fully occupy the 20th through 22nd floors, and part of the 23rd floor at the Durst Organization’s 1155 Avenue of the Americas.

The Am Law 50 firm, recognized on The American Lawyer 100 list in 2018 (a publication also owned by GlobeSt.com’s parent company ALM Media), is moving from their offices at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The new location at 1155 Sixth Ave. is between W. 44th and W. 45th streets.
