WASHINGTON, DC—The US division of the Swedish investment firm Akelius Residential Property is buying another property in Washington DC, following its purchase earlier this month of 2900 Adams Mills Rd., for $8.5 million, or $197,674 per unit, a source tells GlobeSt.com.

It is  the Century, an 88-unit apartment building located at 2651 16th St NW, for $16.5 million, or $187,500 per unit. The last time the eight-story building traded was in 2012 for $7 million to William Calomiris Co.
