William Rich Named President of Delta Associates

WASHINGTON, DC--The position is a promotion for Rich, who has been the director of Delta’s multifamily practice.

WASHINGTON, DC–William Rich is the new president of Delta Associates. The position is a promotion for Rich, who was most recently the director of Delta’s multifamily practice. He joined the company in 2002.

Rich’s predecessor was David Weisel, who took Greg Leisch’s place in 2015 after Leisch left the company he founded 35 years prior.
