Randall Heilig Leaves CBRE To Join Marcus & Millichap

WASHINGTON, DC–Randall Heilig, a vice president at CBRE for over 11 years, has joined Marcus & Millichap’s National Office Industrial Properties Group as vice president of Investments in the local office. His hire is part of the company’s push to expand its Mid-Atlantic footprint, particularly in the office and industrial sector.

Heilig follows M&M’s Institutional Property Advisors Capital Markets hire of Erik Binkowski, who joined the firm about a month ago as a senior director in the Washington, DC office. IPA Capital Markets is also growing beyond its category of private client sales to focus on larger deals of $20 million to $50 million, according to a comment, Bryn Merrey, senior vice president/division manager of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern offices, made to GlobeSt.com at the time.
