LOS ANGELES—A 242,000-sf office tower at 3333 Wilshire Blvd. has been purchased for $16 million by Dr. David Lee, one of the area’s most active private investors.

Lee has purchased about two dozen buildings in the same area over the past several years, says Phillip Sample, a Studley broker who worked on the deal.
