MIAMI-The real estate services firm is giving four seasoned veterans new responsibilities as the South Florida office continues its ongoing growth with new services, clients and volume.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office has one new senior director and three new directors. The brokerage is giving four seasoned veterans new responsibilities as the South Florida office continues its ongoing growth with new services, clients and volume.

Walter O. Boyd, a C&W staffer since 1992, moves up to senior director. Boyd specializes in representing corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and technology-related improved properties and vacant land.

New directors are Wayne D. Ramoski, John F. Bell and Randy S. Goodman. Ramoski, with C&W since 1996, services a strong industrial base. Bell, a staffer since 1989, is a senior valuation advisory specialist. Goodman, on the C&W team since 1995, is an office tenant rep.
