YapStone Inc. plans to launch its paymentservice for the property rental marketplace, after completing a test of the system in which 5,000 customers were ableto pay their rent online with a credit card, and viewtheir transactions. Landlords will also have access totheir tenants’ property management databases andtenant records. Yapstone officials say the systemoffers convenience, security and saves time byoffering landlords a range of property managementtools, and renters the ability to pay via the Internetor by telephone with a credit card or debit card, aswell as set up automatic payments.
