$150 Million Office Park Under Way in Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, CO-A Denver bedroom community is the site of a $150 million corporate campus that will be developed over the next three to five years. A 132,000-sf phase one is under way by a Denver developer.

The Etkin Johnson Group, one of the largest Denver-based development companies, has broken ground on the $150 million Lafayette Corporate Campus. Lafayette is a bedroom community near Boulder in the metro area’s northwest corridor.

The first phase will consist of three single-story office buildings, positioned north of the proposed Northwest Parkway. The buildings total 132,000 sf and are expected to open in December.

The park will take three to five years to complete, ultimately providing 1.3 million sf. It is positioned near a proposed parkway extension, a planned toll road near US 36, the main highway leading into Boulder.

Etkin Johnson currently owns a 4.5 million-sf portfolio in the Denver metro area. The Lafayette Corporate Campus will be Etkin’s largest single project.
