Cencor Realty Services this week will open two grocery-anchored retail centers on Houston’s south side. The 100,000-sf Cullen Crossing, located at the intersection of FM 518 and Cullen Blvd. in Pearland, is anchored by a Kroger grocery store.

In Friendswood, Autumn Creek Village, a 90,000-sf center, is being anchored by Albertsons. Autumn Creek Village is situated at Bay Area Blvd. and FM 528. Centcor is an affiliate of the Weitzman Group real estate firm.
