USAA Realty Co. of Arlington, VA will handle property management and leasing for the First National Bank Center, a 27-story landmark building here. The 547,448-sf structure at 401 W. A St. was acquired recently by San Diego Equities REIT, a private real estate investment trust set up by San Antonio-based USAA, USAA Realty’s parent company, and SITQ BST-REIT LP, which is owned by a Quebec-based pension fund. The seller was DMB/SVP California Investments LLC.

USAA Realty represents three other properties in the area: Chase Manhattan Mortgage building at 11119 N. Torrey Pines Rd., and the Windriver and Eastman Kodak Building on Sorrento Valley Boulevard.
