The 24-unit rental apartment complex at 1722 Kennedy Blvd. in Union City has been sold by an unnamed owner to Kennedy Boulevard LLC. Prior to the sale, the owner substantially upgraded the facility, which features three-, four- and five-room units.

Hackensack, NJ-based Gerber/Somma Associates brokered the deal, with the firm’s sales director, Enn Kunnapas handling the transaction. The buyer was represented by Paul Marino of the Englewood, NJ-based law firm of Biagiotti, Marino and Montecallo; attorney Paul Stein of Hackensack, NJ stood for the seller. The sale price was $1 million.
