Five more tenants have leased space at 1201 F St. NW, a 12-story, 227,000-sf office building recently completed by CarrAmerica Realty Corp. Health Insurance Association of America signed for 40,960 sf, Robert Half International took 18,300 sf, General Electric Capital Corp. leased 6,604 sf, International Data Group took 3,451 sf, and AT&T Wireless Services signed for 2,032 sf.

The building is now 92% leased. Tenants include Cadwallader Wickersham & Taft, Charles River Associates, National Federation of Independent Businesses and the Oceanaire Seafood Room.

CarrAmerica Real Estate Inc., an affiliate of the Washington-based developer, negotiated on behalf of the ownership, a joint venture between CarrAmerica and JP Morgan Investment Management Inc.
