Farrago Restaurant is leasing 5,000 sf for a street-level eatery in Post Midtown Square, a mixed-used project located just south of downtown Houston.

The new restaurant, located at 302 Gray at Bagby, is on the street level of a four-story, 479-unit apartment project developed by Post Properties, an Atlanta-based developer. The project has about 13,000 sf of retail space which will be occupied by restaurants and business servicing the project’s residents and other Houstonians. The retail space in the project is being leasing by Boyd Page & Associates, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm. The apartments in the project were completed last year.
