Outernet, a new retailer that is linking the worlds of bricks and mortar with digital content, will the open in Apple Valley on Sept. 4. This store is the first of what Outernet officials expect to be 20 storefronts through next year.

Customers will be able to choose from two million digital content selections, including music, games, software video, and e-books. There will be more than 200 selection stations using interactive touch screens within the store that allow customers to create their own custom disks through an automated CD burning system.
