LOS ANGELES-A partnership known as Kensington Del Rancho has paid Newhall Land & Farming Co. $7.3 million for the 50,265-sf Plaza Del Rancho shopping center in this North County suburb.

The development stands in the 27600 block of Newhall Ranch Road here. LeeAnne Sichel of Woodland Hills-based TOLD Partners Inc. represented the buyer, a joint venture of LA-based Hanover Financial Co. and Tustin-based Kensington Management Group.

Tom Lagos and Ken McLeod of Grubb & Ellis’ West LA office represented the seller.
