Prentiss Properties, a Dallas-based real estate firm, is attempting to sell its four remaining buildings in Houston.

Prentiss has retained the Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler to market the buildings, which total 850,000 sf. The premier building in the Prentiss portfolio is One Westchase Center, a 466,000-sf, 12-story tower at 10777 Westheimer Rd. One Westchase is 92% leased. Also included in the package are a 180,000-sf building at 11200 Westheimer; 156,000-sf building at 11811 North Freeway; and 50,000-sf building at 7575 San Felipe.
