LOS ANGELES-Havas Interactive has signed a 10-year, $30-million lease for 75,000 sf of office space at 6080 Center Drive, the latest high-rise under construction on the Westside’s Howard Hughes Center.

Havas, a maker of entertainment software, is taking the top three floors in the 12-story, 290,000-sf building slated for completion next spring. David Toomey of Brentwood-based Cresa Partners represented Havas, which is relocating from Torrance. West LA-based owner Arden Realty Inc. represented itself.

The new building is one of three Arden towers at the 70-acre mixed-use office/entertainment development north of Los Angeles International Airport, alongside the San Diego Freeway.
