Vective Corp. and tech consulting firm Silicon Age are teaming up to build an information database combining locator data with demographic details about specific properties.

“We’re going through and matching up all the GIS (Global Information Systems) data … so you can locate where you are on a map, then lay on top of that (other information) such as income per sf,” said a source with one of the companies.

The two companies, both affiliates of San Francisco Internet incubator Camp Six, say the tool will offer four separate parts: a rating system, analytic tools, a communication-coordination system and workflow tracker.

A release date for the product has not been set.
