The former DGM Photographic Studios in Bloomfield Hills is undergoing a $1million remodeling project.Public relations firm G-2 Communications Inc. will move into the new 12,000s.f. building in February and use it as the company’s new headquarters.

The building is a former photo studio for many of the auto companies, saysG-2 President Carol Greenslade.”It’s a pretty interesting structure. It’s had a rich 50-year history withthe auto companies and since many of them are our clients, we feel it’s aperfect fit.”

The company has removed half of the building’s old offices and is buildinga two story-building with 12 ft. high ceilings on each floor.
