The intellectual property law firm will relocate from its current 8,500 sf of space at the 299,000-sf office building to the ninth floor, notes Paul D. Greeley, managing partner of the firm. Officials with Choyce Peterson Inc. represented Ohlandt, Greeley in the sublease transaction with Korn/Ferry International, which recently expanded its operations in Stamford in a lease deal at 695 East Main St.

Choyce Peterson officials note that although the firm is relocating inside the Landmark Square property, the transaction came at the end of an “exhaustive search” for space.
