The Advance Group, based in Bedminster, NJ, has completed Advance at Metro III, a 40,000-sf class A building here that is 50% pre-leased to Bovis Lend Lease. According to Advance’s Dean Lundahl, the company is talking to potential tenants for the rest of the space in the building.

Metro III was designed by Rotwein & Blake of Florham Park, NJ. Bovis Lend Lease itself is the construction manager, and the facility will serve as the company’s Princeton-area office. Bovis Lend Lease has also worked on several other Advance projects.

Advance at Metro III is located within walking distance of the Princeton Junction train station on the Northeast’s main line. Nearby corporate tenants include Dow Jones, FMS, Merrill Lynch, Raytheon, ETS and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
