Sunflower Properties Growing $10 Mil. Park

ATLANTA-The 69 office-building development in Fayetteville will be selling mostly one-story structures to small businesses for $130,000 to $200,000-plus. The space range is 1,130 sf to 2,600 sf.

Sunflower Properties Inc. is targeting small businesses and professional firms with its planned $10 million Magnolia Park in Fayetteville, about 20 miles south of Atlanta. Ground-breaking is later this month. The 69 office buildings will sell for $130,000 to $200,000 plus. They will offer 1,130 sf to 2,600 sf.

The bulk of the structures will be one story with a few two-story product. The fee-simple buildings will be built in clusters of four to eight units. Sunflower’s Magnolia Park Ventures Inc. is the developer.
