Turnaround is Complete at Crossroads

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Crossroads Corporate Center is fully leased with signing of Internet and e-commerce provider.

Crossroads Corporate Center used to be known as 199 Pomeroy Rd., but the Parsippany, NJ property has earned its more expansive new name thanks to a successful turnaround engineered jointly by GVA Williams’ office here and Lincoln Property Co., based in Rutherford, NJ.

The final piece of the repositioning puzzle has fallen into place with the signing of Vitts Network, a New Hampshire-based Internet and e-commerce solutions provider, to the last 50,000 sf of space. It joins Magellan Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Magellan Health Services, as co-tenant. The aggregate value of the leasing transactions is in excess of $15 million.

Andrew Somple of NAI/James Hanson represented Vitts; John Cunningham and Bryn M. Cinque headed the leasing team for GVA Williams.
