NEW YORK CITY-Broadway Trading LLC is moving its offices from 50 Broad St. to 417 Fifth Ave. where it will occupy 30,000 sf on the sixth floor. The company provides on-line executions of stock transactions via software that enables traders to place orders into an electronic entry system. The rent averages $59 per sf and the lease is for 12 years.

Known as the Cyber Center because of other Web-based firms housed there, the building is also home to Women.com, Predictive Systems and Infogrames.

Burt Miller and Stanley Kleger of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant; Matthew Astrachan of Cushman and Wakefield negotiated for the owner.
