SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Owned by locally-based Hansor Distribution, the former IBM distribution facility in South Brunswick, NJ is available for lease, all or in part. Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist Realty Corp. of Roseland, NJ is marketing the 217,000-sf structure, which was substantially renovated in the mid and late ’90s. The building sits on a 16-acre site.

It’s currently one of the largest blocks of industrial space available on the Central New Jersey market. Notable features include direct rail, heavy power capabilities, an office space component, and the capability to be adapted for assembly/manufacturing use.

Nearby corporate neighbors include AT&T, McMaster Carr, IFF, Cosmair, Tommy Hilfiger and Sunoco. For those who know New Jersey by its exits, the property sits just off Exit 8A of the NJ Turnpike.
