HOUSTON-Northchase Investments LP is paying $8.5 million for three office properties owned by Prentiss Properties in northwest Houston.

The structures, with a combined 190,000 sf, are Torrey Chase Building at 14505 Torrey Chase Blvd.; the JFP Energy Building at 14425 Torrey Chase Blvd. and Northchase Place at 13700 Veterans Memorial. The buildings, constructed in 1982 and 1983, have an average occupancy rate of 96%. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, a Houston-based commercial mortgage banking firm, has arranged the acquisition financing.
