Russian Network Will Broadcast from the Meadowlands

SECAUCUS, NJ-Live, from New Jersey, it’s TV Russia! Beginning next month, the Russian network will be providing viewers and listeners back home with North American coverage from its new 25,000-sf space at 24 Meadowlands Parkway, a 34,000-sf building owned and managed by Hartz Mountain Industries. TV Russia will take 25,000 sf of the building for its North American HQ and studios.

Indeed, the facility is part of Hartz’s Harmon Studio City, a concentration of production facilities utilized by MSNBC, UPN-9, CBS and NBA Properties. The 24 Meadowlands Parkway property was originally erected as a build-to-suit for Univision’s Channel 41, a Spanish language TV station. UPN-9 came aboard as a tenant and the concept of Harmon Studio City was born.

The site has another 30 undeveloped acres, and yet another 45 in the adjacent Harmon Meadow mixed-use development.
