ROWLETT, TX-The 104,000-sf Lakeview Plaza is getting a new leasing manager, United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks in Dallas. The center's anchor tenant is Albertsons.

ROWLETT, TX-The 104,000-sf Lakeview Plaza is getting a new leasing manager, United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks.

The center is located at the northwest corner of Dalrock Road and Texas 66 in a suburb 24 miles northeast of Dallas. The retail center is anchored by Albertsons and includes Blockbuster Video and Hallmark as tenants. UCR also is marketing the remaining 25,000 sf of the center’s second phase and a ground lease for a pad site fronting Texas 66.
