The Conrad Group has brokered the sale of 1212 Hancock St., a well-located office building purchased by Hajjar Management for $2.85 million. The 32,000-sf structure, renovated into office space in 1985, will undergo a few cosmetic changes, according to Conrad president Robert S. Conrad.

“Twelve Twelve Hancock Street is a real jewel box in that it is strategically located, architecturally intriguing and offers covered parking for its tenants,” says Conrad, who was assisted in the sale by senior vice president Paul. J. McCourt. Conrad negotiated the sale on behalf of Boston United Realty Corp. The 78-year-old building is currently home to several law firms and various agencies of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
