Heritage Financial Corporation Names Commercial Real Estate Executive to Board

OLYMPIA, WA-Heritage Financial Corporation, an Olympia-based bank holding company with approximately $545 million in assets, has elected Jeffrey S. Lyon, president and CEO of Kidder, Mathews & Segner, Inc., to serve on its board of directors.

Lyon, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, brings to the table 28 years of experience marketing commercial real estate properties throughout the Puget Sound area. He is a certified member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) and has been awarded the Society of Industrial and Officer Realtor designation. Lyon is also a past president of the Washington Association of Realtors, the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors and is the two-time past president of Washington’s CCIM Chapter. Lyon currently serves as a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board at Washington State University and is on the Board of Directors of Tacoma’s Economic Development Board.

Lyon says he does not yet know what his role on the board will be, but plans to do what he can to help the Heritage Financial Corporation continue to grow.
