RICHARDSON, TX-The Staubach Co., based in Dallas, has renewed leases totaling 138,754 sf, keeping one in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor and the other downtown.

USData Corp., a software company, will continue to occupy 79,382 sf in Palisades Central II, 2435 N. Central Expressway situated in Richardson’s high-tech Telecom Corridor. Clark/Bardes, a benefits organization, is renewing for 59,372 sf in the class-A San Jacinto Towers, owned by Farmington Casualty/TRST San Jacinto Inc. The prestigious office tower is located at 2121 San Jacinto Drive in the downtown market.

Staubach brokers have represented the tenants in both transactions. Crescent Real Estate Equities has acted on behalf of the Telecom Corridor building owner while Trammell Crow Co. acted on behalf of the San Jacinto owner.
