SAN has added three executives to its management team. The San Francisco-based technology company has hired Nick Brown, Chief Operating Officer; Chris Hartung, Chief Strategy Officer and Martin Milani, Chief Technology Officer.

iBuilding says it is creating the industry’s first “building operating system” to connect owners, managers and tenants. The Internet-based system is geared toward making buildings “smarter,” and streamlining space-management.

Brown comes to iBuilding after serving as a senior managing director at Tishman Speyer Properties. Hartung climbs aboard after serving as senior research analyst at Banc of America Securities. Milani previously was chief Internet strategist with Times Mirror Publishing.
