Insignia/ESG Will Market Over 400,000 SF of Space for McGraw-Hill

EAST WINDSOR, NJ-Warehouse and distribution facilities are located at two sites in this Princeton-area community.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ–Insignia/ESG’s New Jersey office, located in Saddle Brook, has taken on the assignment of leasing some 400,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space owned by McGraw-Hill at two locations along Princeton-Hightstown Rd.Brokers Armando Nunez, Marc Trevisan, Robert Sager and Brian Cass are targeting distribution and high-tech users. The facilities, vacated by McGraw-Hill for newer quarters, “represent one of the largest current available blocks of space in a very tight market,” according to Sager.

The larger of the two buildings totals more than 350,000 sf including almost 312,000 sf of warehouse space on two floors, plus office space. It features heavy power and wide column spacing. The second building consists of about 55,000 sf of warehouse space and a small office component.
