Melody Arranges $11.8 Mil. Financing for Industrial Property

CARLSTADT, NJ-National investment banking firm sets deal for owner 410 Commerce, LLC's 280,162-sf fully-leased property.

CARLSTADT, NJ-Jim Gunning of the Paramus, NJ office of L.J. Melody & Co. has arranged financing in the amount of $11.8 million for 410 Commerce Blvd., an office/warehouse property, on behalf of owner 410 Commerce, LLC. The source of the funding was not announced.

L.J. Melody, a national real estate banking firm based in Houston, TX is affiliated with CB Richard Ellis. Over the last two years, the company has arranged a total of some $13 billion in commercial real estate transactions in 33 markets, and currently maintains an asset management portfolio of more than $15 billion.

410 Commerce Blvd. is a 280,162-sf facility that was constructed in 1983. The building is fully leased to such tenants as Coach Leather, HD Smith and Geologistics.
