ORANGE COUNTY, CA–Construction of Mission Ridge office development in Mission Viejo is scheduled for completion by month’s end. Legacy Partners is the developer, and CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach office is the leasing agent on the project.

Located at 27101-27201 Puerta Real, the project is Class A construction and includes two four-story steel-frame and glass office buildings, with limestone exteriors, totaling 232,000 sf.

The project has 2,200 feet fronting the I-5 freeway near the Crown Valley Parkway exit. It is adjacent to the Kaleidoscope retail center and down the street from The Shops at Mission Viejo shopping center. The project has 29,000 sf of rentable floor plates, divisible to 1,400 sf.

Each building has 116,000 sf, space is renting for $2.65 per sf.
