KIRKLAND, WA-Construction is underway on the Valley View Corporate Center, a two-story, 59,000-sf office building located at Northeast 126th Place and 139th Avenue Northeast in Kirkland.

The building, being developed by Seattle’s Mike Mastro, is slated for completion in May 2001. Monika Harmon, chief financial officer for Mastro Properties, says office rents for the building are expected to range from $23/sf to $30/sf annually, plus expenses of $4/sf to $4.50/sf.

The Valley View Corporate Center, which is being marketed as a high-tech office building, has been put up for sale for $15.5 million. Harmon says her firm has received some preliminary letters of intent for both the purchase of the building and for lease space, though no deals have yet been signed.
