Classic Residence by Hyatt Selects Minervini as Sales Counselor

YONKERS- Classic Residence by Hyatt Downtown has appointed Theresa Minervini of New Rochelle sales counselor at its senior living community.

YONKERS-The former group sales director at Sports Plus at New Roc City in New Rochelle has been named sales counselor at the Classic Residence by Hyatt senior citizen retirement complex on Riverdale Ave. In her new position at the 17-story, 310-unit Classic Residence by Hyatt, she will be responsible for continuing sales initiatives at the facility.

Theresa Minervini joins Classic Residence after more than a year at the Sports Plus operations at the family entertainment New Roc City complex. Previously, Minervini worked at the LaGuardia Marriott Hotel in East Elmhurst as a sales and catering manager and wedding consultant. She also worked as sales and catering manager at the Caffe on the Green Restaurant in Bayside and as manager of the Lobster Shanty/Sammy’s Fish Box Inc., in the City Island section of the Bronx.
