Trend Technologies Takes All of Crystal Park, Adds 100,000 SF to Industrial Pact

AUSTIN-A Colliers Oxford Commercial broker has signed lease expansions, totaling 185,000 sf of industrial space, for Trend Technologies and Three Way Inc.

“They’re sizable transactions, but they’re not out of the box,” Mike Tipps told GlobeSt.com.

Trend Technologies, which occupies 275,00 sf, has added another 100,000 sf to its lease at 116 E. Settler’s Blvd. in Crystal Park, an industrial complex in Round Rock. The expansion means the firm will be occupying the entire three-building development. Tipps says it’s likely that Trend Technologies will be leasing more space to support its Austin operations.

The San Jose-based company manufactures plastic injector molding for Dell computers.Three Way Inc., a logistics operation, has signed for 85,000 sf at the Bergstrom Technology Center at 6800 Burleson Rd. in southeast Austin. Three Way provides logistics for Applied Materials, owner of a $1.3-billion plant in Austin.
