RICHMOND, VA-AgilQuest, a Web-enabled workspace reservations system, is receiving $5 million in equity financing, company officials say. Funding is coming from a group of strategic investors led by Cahill Warnock & Co., a Baltimore-based private-equity firm.

Other participants in the round included Carr America Realty Corp., Carr Capital Corp., and Clark Enterprises. AgilQuest will use the investment to implement an aggressive expansion plan, says president and CEO John Vivadelli.

“Mobility demands that organizations provide access to productive workspaces whenever, wherever their people need to work,” says Vivadelli. “With our products and services, people reserve their office infrastructure and only pay for the resources used.”
