PHOENIX-A Phoenix-based investment group has purchased an industrial building in west Phoenix for $825,000.

XLNT Properties LLC purchased a 20,000-sf industrial building at 2401 S. 49th St. in Phoenix. The industrial building will be used as a warehouse and headquarters for C&E Services, a fire and flood restoration business. The company will relocate there from a facility in Glendale, AZ.

The building was sold by Stevenson Properties LLC.

The Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction, and the Phoenix office of Insignia ESG represented the seller.
