CHICAGO–U.S. Cellular has signed a long-term, 94,200-sf office lease renewal at Citicorp Plaza, 8420 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. near O’Hare International Airport. The company plans to occupy more than six floors when the lease renewal starts.

“This is one of the largest leases completed in the O’Hare submarket this year,” says Peter Holstein, director of investments for Romanek Properties, developer of Citicorp Plaza. Plans were also announced for a major renovation and expansion of the existing parking structure which, according to Romanek, will result in one of the highest parking ratios in the O’Hare market. Work should start in first quarter 2001.
