AUSTIN-A leasing flurry has signed 11 new tenants to office and industrial space, with all but one falling into the 6,000-sf and under category.

NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties has finalized a deal for Kinetics, which will be taking 10,034 sf of industrial space at 3701 Drossett Dr.

The Kucera Co. has signed office agreements for 5,844 sf for Ensource Solutions at 911 W. Anderson Lane; 5,263 sf for Austin Loan Corp. at 2711 W. Anderson Lane; 5,011 sf for Truecentric LLC at 3101 Bee Cave Rd.; 2,013 sf for Le Fave and Associates at 3410 Far West Blvd.; 1,570 sf for Acupuncture Medical Centre at 1509 W. 38th St.; and 1,050 sf for Thomas T. Smith at 3410 Greystone Dr.

In other transactions, Office Leasing Advisors has sealed a 5,860-sf office lease at 901 S. MoPac Blvd. for T.H.E. Design and 5,600 sf of office space for SWG&M Advertising at 720 Brazos St.

Colliers Oxford Commercial brokers have closed on 5,000 sf of industrial space for The Chippery at the city’s Expo Center and 2,000 sf of office space for Stewart Title Guaranty Co. at 8911 N. Capital of Texas Highway.
