Advance Realty Group Moves its HQ Offices

BEDMINSTER, NJ-The Advance Realty Group is one of the largest private commercial real estate development and investment companies in the Northeast, and much of its activity has occurred in Central New Jersey. So when the firm needed to relocate its headquarters operation, what better place to look than in its own portfolio?

Advance is the newest tenant at its recently completed Advance II at Bedminster, occupying a total of 15,000 sf. The 84,000-sf class A property has such corporate neighbors as AT&T, Verizon Mobile, Lucent, Pharmacia Corp. and Johnson & Johnson, plus such commercial properties as The Hills development, Bedminster Village Center and Bridgewater Commons Mall.

“This new facility will allow us to integrate our internal resources and continue to expand in order to meet our growth objectives,” according to company president Peter J. Cocoziello.
