GENOA, MI – Milford-based Delcor Development has started construction on a 24,000-sf high tech industrial building as well as a 30,000-sf, two-story office building in Genoa Business Park. The development is located one mile west of I-96 on Grand River Avenue in Genoa.

Lease rates are about $6.50 psf for an industrial building, and just over $21 psf for office space in the I-275 corridor area. Development costs are unknown. Both buildings are expected to be completed by next summer.
