Two Tenants Sign at Miracle Mile Complex

LOS ANGELES-Two firms have signed leases for a combined 37,000 sf at a high-rise on Mid-Wilshire’s Miracle Mile.

Micron Technology Corp.’s Hostpro Inc. subsidiary will take 20,000 sf on the third floor of the building, at 3250 Wilshire Blvd. The five-year lease is valued at about $2 million, and the new tenant will use the space as a web-hosting and data center.

Separately, title-insurer United Title has signed a lease in the same building and will relocate from nearby Chateau Place. United Title signed a five-year lease valued at $1.5 million for 17,000 sf of new headquarters space on the 18th and 20th floors.

Hostpro was represented by Colliers Seeley International, while United Title was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Owner Realtech Leasing and Management was represented in both deals by WilshireWest.
