BALTIMORE, MD-The Baltimore Building is 100% occupied. According to Boston Properties Inc. senior vice president E. Mitchell Norville, T. Rowe Price signed a 29,564-sf lease expansion for an undisclosed amount. T. Rowe Price is the largest tenant in the building at the 272,178 sf, 28-story office at 100 East Pratt St.

In the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. market, Boston Properties owns approximately 9.5 million sf of office space with an additional 1.6 million sf under development. It also has the potential to build an additional 4.27 million sf.
