NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Local investment group DT Partners Two LP has sold a 95,527-sf building in Mira Loma to Culver City-based City National Bank Group. Valued at $4.4 million, the property will be added to the bank’s trust portfolio.

Located at 12160 Philadelphia St., the structure is an industrial distribution center built in 1999. It’s most recent tenant was video game supplier Mad Katz.

City National Bank Group was represented in the transaction by Greg Sargenti of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim Metro office. The seller was represented by Ian DeVries of Seeley Co.’s Ontario office.
