Condos Sell in $1-Mil Range, Expected to Pale in Comparison to Top Floor Sales

NEW YORK CITY-Three residences within the 218-unit, 39-story Bridge Tower Place have been sold with prices ranging from $880,000 to $1,325,000. DeMarzo Realty, based on Manhattan’s East Side, negotiated all three sales in the building that is not yet ready for occupancy. The highest selling price in these deals is apparently rather well below what owners expect to fetch for condos on the higher floors of the building.

All three of these sales were for two-bedroom units of approximately 1,500 sf. The building is located at 401 East 60th St., on the corner of First Avenue.

The building, built by the Brodsky Organization, was designed as a luxury multifamily housing facility. It boasts a fitness center with an adjoining terrace, a children’s playroom, 100-car parking facility, a 24-hour on-duty doorman, 24-hour concierge service and a residents-only rooftop garden with views of the East River.
